5. Products and Orders

5.1 Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Product images are representative. Physical products may differ slightly from images in color, texture, and finish due to variations in screen display settings, manufacturing processes, and print batches. These variations do not constitute defects.

5.2 Made to Order

All products sold through the Site are produced on demand. No product is manufactured until a confirmed order has been received. Production times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency appropriate to the visitor's location and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

5.4 Order Confirmation

An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase; our confirmation constitutes acceptance and the formation of a binding contract of sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5.5 Product Modifications

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express; PayPal; Apple Pay; Google Pay; and other payment methods as may be enabled at checkout. All payment transactions are processed by third-party payment processors operating secure, encrypted systems. We do not store full card details on our servers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Production and Dispatch

All orders are produced on demand. Production typically requires 5 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation before dispatch.

7.2 Shipping Methods and Timeframes

All orders are dispatched with tracked shipping. We aim to ensure delivery within 30 days of order confirmation, except where delays are caused by circumstances outside our control.

7.3 Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped to international destinations may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price or shipping cost.

7.4 Delivery Address

We ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title to the products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Defects

8.1 No Returns Policy

All products sold through the Site are produced specifically to order based on the specifications you select. By reason of this made-to-order and personalized nature, products are not eligible for return or refund under ordinary circumstances. By completing your order, you expressly acknowledge that the product is made to your specifications and that you waive any right of withdrawal or return that might otherwise apply.

8.2 Defective or Incorrectly Produced Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us at object@atttd.design within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect. We will review your claim within 3 business days. If the defect is confirmed, we will reprint and reship the correct item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund within 30 days at our discretion.

8.3 Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to transit handling, contact us at object@atttd.design within 7 calendar days of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging.

8.4 Sizing

Sizing guidance is provided on the product page. Sizing errors are entirely the buyer's responsibility. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for sizing errors.

8.5 Limitations

We are not responsible for products damaged by misuse, exposure to extreme heat, water damage due to improper use, or any cause other than a manufacturing defect.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim; we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; we are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control.
